WE'VE RESERVED ROOMS AT THE W HOTEL FOR THE WEEKEND OF THE WEDDING. IF YOU'RE INTERESTED IN BOOKING A ROOM, PLEASE REACH OUT! WE'LL BE ABLE TO SEND A LINK TO THE ROOM BLOCK. PLEASE NOTE, THIS IS ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS AS ROOMS ARE LIMITED.

Can I take photos?

We kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present in the moment. A professional photographer will be capturing everything for us—thank you!

Are kids allowed?

We kindly ask that our wedding be an adults-only celebration.

What if I'm late?

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. To ensure a smooth and uninterrupted experience for all, guests arriving after the ceremony has started will be kindly guided by our event staff to the cocktail hour, beginning at 5:00 PM. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!

Will there be parking available?

yes! parking will be taken care of by valet service.

What is the dress code?

we ask that you celebrate with us in formal attire.

Can I bring a plus one?

We wish to keep the celebration intimate, we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on the invitation. We hope you understand and can’t wait to see you there! If there's any questions on this, please feel free to reach out!
